Transportation Issues
The talk of the town was the recently commissioned Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE), which seen heavy congestion on the first day, which was on a Sunday in an arguably 'off peak' school holiday season. Was it unfamiliarity, poor designing of the expressway or both? Did the $4.3 billion "engineering feat" justified its price tag?
